91 000 74051 Bostik Flashband Self-Adhesive Flashing Tape is a heavy-duty, self-adhesive bitumen sealing strip which bonds to provide a strong, tear resistant, watertight seal. It requires no separate adhesive. Bostik Flashband is easily applied using hand pressure and a seam roller, with no special equipment required for cutting, forming or fixing. The adhesive is flexible at low temperatures, resists flow at high temperatures and increases in strength over time. It bonds to most building materials including brick, masonry, slates, concrete roof tiles, wood, metal, concrete, terracotta tiles, roofing felt and rigid plastics. It is suitable for a variety of construction and maintenance applications. It repairs lead flashing or can be used as an alternative to lead flashing on flat and pitched roofs, around parapets and chimney stacks. It is also used for sealing sky lights and repairing roofing felt joints on flat roofs, sealing roof ridges & valley gutters, repairing damaged slates & tiles, and mending leaks in drainpipes & guttering.
