It's designed to penetrate into porous and semi-porous surfaces (tiles, natural stone, cement grout, masonry, etc.) and create an invisible protective barrier. Because it's a sealer (not a paint or top-coat), it doesn't significantly change the look, color or texture of the surface — it preserves the natural appearance. �� Key Benefits & What It Protects Against When used correctly, Maxiseal offers: Water-repellency (hydrophobic) + oil / stain resistance (oleophobic) — makes surfaces resistant to water, oil, alkalis and common staining substances (coffee, juice, dirt, dust).
