Suitable for interiors and exteriors.Low VOC: For healthier indoor air quality.Q1: What makes this adhesive different from standard tile adhesives?A: This is a reaction-resin hybrid adhesive (R2T, S2), not a cement-based one. It is designed for surfaces where cementitious adhesives cannot bond properly, such as metal, wood, and painted surfaces. It is also far more flexible and strong.Q2: What is the mixing ratio?A: The 4 kg kit is pre-proportioned: 3.65 kg of Part A (paste) must be mixed with 0.35 kg of Part B (liquid hardener). This is a fixed weight ratio of 100:10. Do not alter this ratio.Q3: How long do I have to work with it after mixing?A: You have a 60-minute pot life, open time, and adjustability time. This means you must mix, apply, and set the tiles within 60 minutes of mixing the two components.Q4: When can we walk on the tiles or grout?A:Light traffic/grouting: After 24 hours.Normal use: After 3 days.Heavy duty traffic: After 7 days.Q5: What is the coverage area?A: Coverage depends on the trowel notch size:With a 3mm x 3mm notch trowel: 16 - 20 sq. ft. per 4kg pack.With a 6mm x 6mm notch trowel: 8 - 10 sq. ft. per 4kg pack.Q6: What are its limitations?A:Not a waterproofing membrane. You must use a waterproofing coat (e.g., Roff SmartSeal) in wet areas before tiling.Do not use on polystyrene or uncured/damp substrates.Do not use to bond transparent glass materials.Not for use in expansion joints.Q7: What is the shelf life?A: 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place in its original, sealed packaging, out of direct sunlight.Q8: Is it safe to use?A: It is for professional use only.
