91 000 74051 It is a cement-based, polymer-modified tile adhesive from the UltraTech "TileFixo" range.
It is designed for medium-format tiles and natural stones — such as granite, marble, vitrified tiles, etc.
Classified under Type 3T (as per IS 15477:2019) and C2TE (as per EN 12004 / ISO 13007-1) standards for thin-bed adhesives.
 What It's Used For
Suitable for floors and walls, for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Appropriate when using natural stone tiles, granite/marble, or medium-size vitrified tiles — places where higher bond strength and durability are needed. Can be used in wet or damp zones (bathrooms, balconies, exterior areas) when applied properly — because of its water resistance and strong adhesion.
 Key Features & Strengths
High bonding strength: Good initial and long-term adhesion, even under water exposure, heat, freeze-thaw cycles. Polymer-modified: Better bonding and flexibility compared to plain cement adhesives — helps stick heavy tiles/ stones securely.
Single-component and self-curing: Simply mix with water (no special additives) and apply; no extra curing agents needed.
U1
Suitable for thin-bed application: Works well when you use a thin layer under tiles (rather than thick mortar), which is typical for modern tile jobs.
Slip resistance and durability: Important when installing on vertical surfaces, heavy materials, or outdoor/wet areas (stone walls, floors).
Where & How to Use It ✅ Good Use Cases
Flooring or wall tiling in living rooms, hallways, balconies, patios — especially with natural stone or medium tiles.
Bathrooms, kitchens, utility areas, outdoor zones — wherever moisture or water exposure may happen.
Stone cladding, marble floors, granite tiles — places needing high strength and long-term bonding.
️ Application Method (Best Practices)
Substrate must be cement-based (concrete, plaster, screed, etc.) and properly cleaned of dust/laitance/oil.
Mix with water: about 24–27% water by weight — stir mechanically for 2–3 min, let rest ~2 min, then re-stir before use.Use a notched trowel appropriate to tile size; ensure a minimum adhesive bed thickness (~3 mm, up to 12 mm allowed for most tiles).
Spread adhesive and place tiles within ~30 minutes (open time) for best bonding.
For natural stone, marble or granite on walls, consider "back-buttering" (apply adhesive on the back of tile + substrate) for better adhesion.
⚠️ What to Check / Limitations
Only use over cementitious substrates (concrete, screed, plaster); it's not suitable for wood, metal, or flexible substrates like plywood, glass, plastic.
If setting in very low (< 5 °C) or very high (> 50 °C) ambient temperatures — avoid use, or allow extended curing time.
Need to ensure proper mixing ratio (don't add extra water) — too much water reduces adhesion strength and may cause loosening.
