Product Details

91 000 74051 It is a cement-based, polymer-modified tile adhesive from the UltraTech "TileFixo" range. It is designed for medium-format tiles and natural stones — such as granite, marble, vitrified tiles, etc. Classified under Type 3T (as per IS 15477:2019) and C2TE (as per EN 12004 / ISO 13007-1) standards for thin-bed adhesives. Suitable for floors and walls, for both indoor and outdoor applications. Appropriate when using natural stone tiles, granite/marble, or medium-size vitrified tiles — places where higher bond strength and durability are needed. Can be used in wet or damp zones (bathrooms, balconies, exterior areas) when applied properly — because of its water resistance and strong adhesion. High bonding strength: Good initial and long-term adhesion, even under water exposure, heat, freeze-thaw cycles. Polymer-modified: Better bonding and flexibility compared to plain cement adhesives — helps stick heavy tiles/ stones securely.
