It is available in two variants: Flowable and Normal — to suit different site conditions and grouting requirements. �� Where & How It's Used POWERGROUT NS2 is meant for heavy-duty, load-bearing or structural applications. Typical uses: Grouting under foundation base plates, heavy machinery foundations/beds Use in micro-piles, pile caps, shear-wall bond beams Anchoring/anchoring of precast elements, structural columns/posts, bolts/fastenings Manufacture of high-strength pavers & blocks, repair of RCC surfaces, concrete paths Any situation requiring precision grouting to sustain static/dynamic loads — e.g. industrial installations, structural supports. �� Key Properties & Benefits According to its technical data: High compressive strength — design strength up to ~ 80 MPa (some references note up to ~ 95–100 MPa depending on mix & conditions) Non-shrink, non-expanding grout — ensures dimensional stability after setting, no unwanted expansion or shrinkage. Polymer-enriched, single-component — ready-to-mix: no need for additional additives, simplifies mixing/application. Self-compacting / flowable (in Flowable variant) — flows easily into voids/undercuts, no need for mechanical vibration. External vibrations can harm final performance. ⚠️ Important Use / Handling Guidelines Surface must be cleaned — free of oil, dust, laitance; reinforcement and metal surfaces should be treated properly before grouting. When using coarse aggregate — follow recommended ratio (e.g. 1 part grout : 0.5 part 12 mm aggregate by weight), to maintain designed strength and consistency. Avoid over-watering or extra water beyond recommended ratio — it can reduce strength and bonding. Do not use mechanical vibration when placing – grout is self-compacting; vibration may segregate the mix and compromise integrity.
