91 000 74051 According to manufacturer documentation, "Platinum Plus – 3335" is a Type-3 / "Super-Flex / heavy-duty" cementitious, polymer-modified, thin-bed tile adhesive.
It's designed for floor and wall applications, indoors as well as outdoors, and is suitable for large-format tiles, natural stones (like marble/granite), vitrified tiles, mosaic & glass tiles.
It offers high bond strength, flexibility, shock/impact resistance, and is water-resistant — making it fit for demanding conditions including wet areas (bathrooms, kitchens, even pool surroundings) when installed properly.
 Packaging & Coverage
Comes in a 20 kg bag.
Coverage is approximately 55–60 sq.ft per 20 kg bag when applied with a 6 mm × 6 mm notched trowel — actual coverage depends on tile size, substrate flatness and thickness of adhesive bed.
Where & When to Use It
Use 3335 Platinum Plus when you need:
Laying large-format tiles, heavy stone tiles (granite / marble) or vitrified tiles on floor or walls.
Interior floors/walls, exterior surfaces, wet zones (bathrooms, kitchens), terraces, balconies, etc.
High-traffic areas or heavy load zones (corridors, commercial areas), where strength and bond durability matter.
Strong, water-resistant, shock-resistant installation — e.g. for kitchens, bathrooms, pool-side tiling etc.
✅ Key Advantages
High bonding strength and durability — reliably holds tiles and stones even under load or heavy use.
Water-resistant and suitable for wet areas, which reduces risk of loosening or tile failures in wet zones.Works for large format tiles and stone — good for premium flooring or stone cladding work.
Convenient to use (single-component, polymer-modified cement-based adhesive), eliminating need for complicated mixing beyond water.
⚠️ What to Keep in Mind / Check Before Use
Ensure surface/substrate is clean, level, stable and properly prepared (free from dust/oil/loose particles) before applying adhesive — as with any tile adhesive.
For large tiles or heavy stones, it might be recommended to "back-butter" (i.e. apply adhesive on the back of the tile as well) to ensure full contact and avoid hollow spots under tiles.
While adhesive is water-resistant, if you're tiling in continuously wet or external exposed areas (exterior walls, pool-side, heavy rains) ensure overall waterproofing measures are taken (substrate waterproofing + proper grout).
